HOT Chocolate

Chocolate is loved by many, almost all. Of course, special fans are children. And though every day the chocolate is more expensive, to refuse it is not so simple.

I want to offer You several recipes of hot chocolate.

Chocolate protein.

For cooking You will need products:

cream – 3 cups

milk – 3 cups

chocolate – 200 gr.

sugar spoons 6-12 hours.

whites – 3 PCs.

vanilla.

If there is no cream, you can substitute 3 cups of milk.

PREPARATION:

For the preparation of hot chocolate You will need a large saucepan. Pour the cream into a saucepan, then add the milk, stir. Set the pan over low heat.

While milk and cream are heated, and grate on a medium grater chocolate. Add chocolate, sugar and vanilla, mix thoroughly.

When the cream and milk to boil, pour a little grated chocolate (with sugar and vanilla), whisk constantly and wait until all the mixture comes to a boil.

Separate the whites from the yolks (eggs it is better to use homemade), separately whip the egg whites carefully. After add the beaten egg whites into the mainstream and continue to whisk until foaming.

TO THE BOIL DO NOT BRING!

To the table the chocolate can be served hot or chilled. Chocolate can be put into ice-cream bowls, garnish with chopped nuts or sprinkle with grated hard chocolate.

Chocolate with egg yolks.

To prepare this recipe You will need

PRODUCTS:

milk – 3 cups

cream – 3 cups

the yolks – 6 pieces

sugar – 6 teaspoons

chocolate – 150 grams

vanilla

PREPARATION:

In this recipe instead of cream to use 3 cups of milk.

Separate the yolks from the whites (it is better to use eggs).

RUB on an average grater solid chocolate.

Thoroughly mash the yolks with the sugar, continuing to grind, add the grated chocolate and vanilla.

The cream and pour the milk into a saucepan, stir, put on low heat and wait until the mixture boils.

Gradually beat (don’t forget to whip) chocolate with egg yolks. Whisk until then, until the foam is formed. But to boil NOT to BRING!

Serve the chocolate to the table can be hot or cold.

Chocolate, frozen in the cups.

PRODUCTS:

the yolks – 6 pieces

sugar – 6 teaspoons

chocolate – 150 grams

vanilla

milk – 3 cups

cream – 3 cups

PREPARATION:

As in the previous recipes, instead of cream you can use 3 cups of milk.

Prepare the chocolate with the egg yolks (recipe provided above).

Ready chocolate with egg yolks put in freezer, primarette and stir.

Then put into cups and serve immediately to the table. A good add to the cooled chocolate cookies will.
