The recipe for manna milk

Chocolate manna milk

Ingredients for the dough is based on 12 servings :

650 ml. of milk;

150 grams of flour;

250 grams semolina;

220 grams of sugar;

2 eggs;

8 grams of baking powder or slaked soda;

1/8 h. lodges. salt;

80 grams refined vegetable oil;

20 grams of butter;

2 h. boxes of vanilla sugar;

2 hours lodges cocoa powder.

Making manna start with beating the eggs with sugar. Carefully whisk or mixer until thick foam.

Then a thin stream, slowly pour refined vegetable oil and beat well.

In a separate bowl, heat the milk, softened butter and cocoa to a boil not to bring! and combine with sugar and egg mass, continuing to whisk on low speed.
